The Insite Banking System Check Imaging application was designed with our users in mind. The user-interface and functionality is based on what our customers indicated they liked best in a check imaging application. The following are a few of the application features:

- Distributed Research & Repair - Users are not restricted to a single workstation as a result of licensing constraints;
- Multiple Query Capability - Item queries can be defined by multiple criteria (i.e. date + amount + account)

- Remote Processing - Branch users have the ability to capture, repair and transmit images to a main location as well as the ability to create cash letters;
- Personalized Statements - Statement formats are available on an account-level basis;
- Enhanced Entry - Eliminates the need for an encoder;
- Insite Integration - Images are seamless integrated and available after posting in both the core and Internet banking applications.
Our bank installed iTeller at the end of last year. Since then, we have received a lot of positive feedback from customers…When they show the receipt to other banks, they can’t believe that our bank has that kind of technology.
